Earning is simple, stay one night, get one Good Rewards Stay. Earn 10 stays, and you get a complimentary two-night's stay for two*.

- How do I sign up?
To sign up, just speak to any one of our friendly reservationists or receptionists at any hotel/resort, or complete the form below.
- How much does it cost to sign up?
Sign up is FREE, and you don't pay for your card when first issued. You will only pay to replace a lost/damaged card.
- How do I earn and what do I get?
Good Rewards Stays are accrued for every night stayed. Once you have accrued 10 Good Rewards Stays, you are eligible for a complimentary two-night stay for two adults on a bed and breakfast basis. Good Rewards Stays are added to your card within 48 hours after check-out.
The card must be physically present at the time of check-in and scanned or swiped to accrue the Good Rewards Stays. No photo copies, photos or card numbers are accepted.
- Can I claim Good Rewards Stays from when I stayed last time?
Good Rewards Stays cannot be claimed off historical stays. Only stays from the inception of the program from 1 November 2018 can be accrued.
- Where can I earn and claim my Good Rewards Stays?
You can claim your stay in any standard room at Gooderson Beach Hotel, Gooderson Bushlands Game Lodge, Gooderson DumaZulu Lodge, Gooderson Drakensberg Gardens, Gooderson Kloppenheim Country Estate, Gooderson Monks Cowl, Gooderson Natal Spa, Gooderson Tropicana Hotel.
Timeshare units, hotel self-catering units and camping/caravan sites do not fall part of the Good Rewards Program and Good Rewards Stays cannot be earned or redeemed in those units.
Honeymoon suites, suites or executive rooms cannot be claimed as part of the complimentary stay.
- When can I use it?
Good Rewards Stays can be redeemed at any time of the year with the exception of long weekends and from 16 December to 6 January, however bookings are always subject to availability.
From time-to-time, the management of their respective property reserves the right to decline a complimentary stay due to special events at the property.
- Can I use my friend's, aunt's, uncle's, brother's, sister's card?
The card cannot be used to accrue Good Rewards on reservations not in the card holder's name.
- Can I swop the stays for money, food or activities?
Good Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or cash substitutes, swopped in lieu of activities, meals, beverages, etc.
